For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Gospel Services Association Enterprise Sierra Leone Limited (GSA-SL Ltd.), registered and operating in Sierra Leone.
"You", "Your", "User" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our website and services.
"Services" refers to all programs and offerings provided by GSA-SL Ltd., including but not limited to Microfinance, Trading and Sales, Rental Services, Catering Services, and Educational Services.
"Website" refers to gsaenterpriseslltd.com.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Sierra Leone.
The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
Your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
GSA-SL Ltd. provides a diverse portfolio of integrated services designed to empower individuals, families, and businesses across Sierra Leone:
We provide accessible and affordable financial assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses. The GSA Microfinance Program promotes financial inclusion, entrepreneurial empowerment, and poverty alleviation. All microfinance products are subject to separate loan agreements and eligibility criteria.
We supply high-quality products including building materials, electronics, electrical goods, and apparel. All product sales are subject to availability and our return policy outlined in these Terms.
We offer premium event rental solutions including tents, chairs, tables, and decorative materials. Rentals are subject to separate rental agreements, security deposits, and equipment return conditions.
We deliver nutritious meals for weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations. Catering services require advance booking and are subject to menu agreements and guest count commitments.
We operate a school providing quality education from kindergarten to junior level. Enrollment is subject to separate admission policies, fee schedules, and academic regulations.
GSA-SL Ltd. accepts donations to support our community development initiatives, including:
Education & Empowerment Fund 2026: Supporting programs that provide financial assistance, vocational training, and educational guidance.
GSA Microfinance & Entrepreneur Empowerment Fund 2026: Supporting small entrepreneurs with accessible microfinance, business guidance, and sustainable growth opportunities.
All donations are processed securely. Donations are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of donation. GSA-SL Ltd. is committed to transparent and accountable management of all donated funds in accordance with our Policy Statement on social responsibility and accountability.
Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, consistent with our commitment to accountability and responsible service delivery.
For products and services requiring payment:
All fees are clearly communicated before you complete a transaction.
Payments may be processed through third-party service providers.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
GSA-SL Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at any time for reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.
For microfinance services, separate loan agreements will govern repayment terms, interest rates, and consequences of default.
Loan cancellations are subject to the terms specified in your loan agreement. Once disbursed, loans cannot be cancelled, and repayment obligations apply according to the agreed schedule.
Refunds for product purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental period may receive a full refund of rental fees, excluding security deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit all or part of the rental fee. Security deposits are refunded upon satisfactory inspection of returned equipment.
Catering cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to charges based on food preparation costs incurred.
School fee refunds are governed by the school's admission and fee policy. Generally, fees are non-refundable after the term has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by school administration.
Donations to our community development funds are generally non-refundable.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GSA-SL Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Sierra Leonean and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
The GSA-SL Ltd. name, logo, and all related names, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GSA-SL Ltd. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of GSA-SL Ltd. or any third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone.
In the spirit of our commitment to community and partnership, GSA-SL Ltd. encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address provided below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone before any court proceedings are initiated.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
GSA-SL Ltd. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSA-SL Ltd. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
